A short biography.
I enjoy computers, and spend most of my time using them. Ever since I was young, I've been captivated by the amount of technology that is behind computers and associated devices. For years, I've had first-hand experience with many aspects of computing, from usage and programming to maintenance and repair.
Although I spend a lot of time on the computer, I enjoy the outdoors. I've been involved with Scouting since I was a child. I love to go camping and hiking to experience nature.
My education.
After I graduated high school, I started attending Manchester Community College (MCC) for a degree in computer networking. Once I graduate from MCC, I plan on transferring to Central Connecticut State University to finish my Bachelor's degree.
During my attendance at MCC, I've become involved with a group known as the Computer Repair and Share Club. The club takes computers that are donated from the school or other organizations, and gives them to people in need. We are also experimenting with "green" technologies, such as "thin" computing.
About the site.
I purchased the domain in 2009, and made a quick site using Dreamweaver. While I enjoyed making that original site, it wasn't personal enough for me. I created this new website over the summer of 2010 after only having had a few web design lessons from teachers at MCC.
I plan to apply new web site techniques to the site as I learn them to make it even better.
